Boosting Ocean Literacy Through the SHORE Community Platform

The SHORE Community Platform is an innovative digital hub developed as part of the SHORE Project, a Mission Ocean initiative funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. This platform is designed to enhance ocean literacy by offering a diverse array of educational resources tailored to the blue curriculum. Teachers can access comprehensive training materials to enrich their teaching methods, while students can engage with interactive activities and educational games that make learning about ocean and water conservation both fun and informative. Another very cool feature of the platform is its footprint calculator, which helps raise awareness about the impact of individual actions on marine ecosystems.

SHORE provides you with the opportunity to learn in an entertaining environment, increasing ocean literacy and promoting sustainable practices to improve the health of our oceans and waters for future generations.
